Mentors For Kids Foundation is a not-for-profit entity established by BCL India. The Foundation’s vision is to empower students with education, by developing a pedagogy that is practical, relevant to the real world. Through the Foundation, BCL India, a multi-national CA/CS firm, is using its knowledge base & experience to upskill Commerce graduates across Karnataka. especially those studying in tier II/III cities.
We also hope to identify bright young minds and encourage their professional development via scholarships, internships and mentorship. We are privileged to have received support & backing from the Rainmatter Foundation, Zerodha.

Over 50% of commerce graduates are considered unemployable or earn less than Rs. 3 LPA despite completing their degrees.
